Musings on Greenwood

Last year during Easter I posted YouTube clips on each of the holy days that dissed religion.

I will do the same this year starting with the best of Christopher Hitchens contained in the video above.

As most people shoualld already know, Hitchens is now dying of cancer. It’s unlikely he’ll make it to next Easter. I suppose anything is possible and I’m hoping he lives another twenty years but it’s not likely given how much he has deteriorated.

Unlike most of the religious, Hitchens has achieved immortality.

His writings will be studied alongside the work of Thomas Paine, H.L. Mencken and all the other great free thinkers throughout the ages.

This is a tiny sampling of his brilliance. There is so much more of this man’s work out there for you to find and enjoy. I encourage you to do so.
